Polish police have dismantled a brutal gang accused of kidnapping African migrants in Poland and Latvia and then demanding ransom under threats of murder and organ trafficking.
>For the fourth suspect, Mykhalio R., who assisted in migrant smuggling, non-custodial measures were applied.
Why is a foreigner who *assists* in a crime like that free to roam Polish streets, instead of being either locked up until trial or immediately deported?
Rhetorical question. Of course because it’s the law. That should be changed in my opinion.
Its only a peak of iceberg of criminal activities around illegal immigrants.
I red an article and saw a programme about ukrainian job agency registered in Poland, which was fabricating documents for immigrants from outside of UE, employing them for non existing jobs. Agency was paid by immigrants for “legalizing” their stay in Poland.
Im sure there will be more frauds like that as current situation is creating posibilities.
Who the hell would pay ransom for an illegal african?
