  1. Make the renumeration for NHS work pay rather than loss making, and the appointments will come.

    I’ve said this for decades. Do they finally get it now?

  2. This is copying the Welsh model, which hasn’t gone well.

    Read it carefully. It doesn’t say more money into the system, it says more urgent appointments.
    Where does the time for that come from?

  3. Trying to even get on a dentist’s list is bad enough let alone actually get appointments unless you’re willing to pay big bucks for private.

    I’ve given up trying to get an NHS dentist, it’s just impossible as there are never any spare appointments.

  4. Bring back school visits ; not just dentists, opticians and the ‘nit nurse’ too.

    It’s so obvious, and that’s why it used to be universally available in British primary schools, as well as free, vitamin D milk.
