    Two use QMV, so no surprises there.

    The final one, which determines the final exchange rate, requires unanimity in ECOFIN, so there is some theoretical possibility for shenanigans there. But seemingly everyone expects this to pass as well.

  25. Congratulations to our Bulgarian Eurobros. The remaining votes should only be a formality now. You worked long and hard for it and more than deserve the accession to the Eurozone. With this, you are finally fully integrated into Europe and we all gain another important country in our midst. 🇪🇺❤️🇧🇬
