‘Big Brother’ Season 27 is here: Meet the new houseguests

A summer of gaming, alliances, and deception is underway.

“Big Brother” is set to premiere this week. For Season 27 of the hit reality competition series, the official theme will be “Big Brother: A Summer of Mystery,” CBS confirmed Wednesday, July 2.

In addition to unexpected twists and turns, CBS said the season will include a “masked visitor, a secret accomplice and the shocking arrival of a “Mystery Houseguest” whose identity will remain under wraps … at least for now.”

Amy Bingham

“I’ve been watching this game since I was a little girl. I am ready to get the blood on my hands and take these people out one by one, baby,” Ashley said.

Ava Pearl

“I will be the one to win ‘Big Brother’ because I need the money the most,” Ava said. “I’m broke as hell and I will do whatever it takes to win that $750,000.”

Clifton Williams

“I don’t think you’ve ever had a contestant like Captain Will,” Clifton said. ” I don’t think you’ve ever had someone who is quite like me – who brings the energy, who brings the joy, who brings the love.”

Isaiah “Zae” Frederich

“I know I have what it takes to win ‘Big Brother’ because I’m going to be the most fierce competitor out there – physically, socially and mentally,” Isaiah said. “I’m going to sweep away the competition like a janitor.”

Jimmy Heagerty

“I’m going to win ‘Big Brother’ because I have a strategy background, professionally and personally,” Jimmy stated. “I come from a world where manipulation and understanding who you want to get something from and when you want to get it, is key.”

Katherine Woodman

“Outside of this game, I am a waitress. I accommodate to people’s needs all the time. I can keep a straight face when I genuinely don’t like people very much, and they have no idea, and still end up giving me money at the end of their service,” Katherine said. “I think that’s a skill that’s really going to help me in this house because there’s a lot more money on the line in this house than there is at a tip at a table.”

Keanu Soto

“Been doing personal training for 15 years now. In that line of work, you do meet a variety of different folks,” Keanu said. “I believe that coupled up with my ability to do improv and things of that nature, I feel like gives me the tools and ability to connect with a variety of folks.”

Kelley Jorgensen

“I’m going to be the one to win ‘Big Brother’ because I’m a farm kid and I have farm kid grit,” Kelley said. “We finish the task, whatever needs to be done, we do it. And that’s what I’m going to do in this house, I’m going to be a farm kid.”

Lauren Domingue

“I don’t think ‘Big Brother’ has seen somebody who is a super sweet Southern belle, but at the same time, is willing to and will crush people in competition if she needs to,” Lauren said. “My strategy going into the house is going to be taking in each person and feeling people out, getting really close to them.” And sort of, figure out what their strategies are going to be, and build off of that.”

Mickey Lee

“I’m going to be a neutral party. I’m going to be everyone’s favorite person, and when it’s time, I’m going to strike and make my move,” Mickey said.

Morgan Pope

“I can’t wait to turn this house upside down,” Morgan said. “Make sure you guys are ready. Bring your teacups. I’m going to bring the hot and steaming tea, serve it up.”

Rylie Jeffries

“My strategy going into the ‘Big Brother’ house is cool, calm, and collective,” Rylie said. “I’m going to go in being myself. I’m not going to be too much or be too little.”

Vince Panaro

“My strategy coming into the ‘Big Brother’ house is to compartmentalize this game down into weekly mini games of ‘Big Brother,” Vince said. “All I need to do for those weeks is survive it one at a time and slowly take it one step at a time.”

“I’m always going to be on my feet,” Zach said. “I have an interest in getting to know everybody. I’m really interested in getting to know their deepest, darkest secrets. And I know ultimately that’s what it’s going to take to win ‘Big Brother.'”

When does ‘Big Brother’ Season 27 air?

The new season of “Big Brother” will kick off with a 90-minute premiere on Thursday, July 10 at 8 p.m. ET / PT on CBS.

“Big Brother” will air on CBS. Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers and Pluto TV viewers can watch the episodes on the platforms’ “Big Brother” live feeds.
