I’m sure this schadenfreude has been delicious, but while people are celebrating, laughing as the leopards eat the faces of conservative children, they would do well to remember that Texas is a **PURPLE** state. In fact it is really only through gerrymandering that the state manages to stay under GOP control.

    This means that- statistically- many of these families did **NOT** vote for any of this.

    You’re laughing at people who are suffering horribly and haven’t done anything to ‘deserve’ it.

  11. Wasn’t there some dad who said “everybody dies eventually” when his unvaxed daughter died of measles?

    These folks are so brainwashed that their own kids dying will do nothing.

    They either are going to think this was unpreventable  or that Biden’s clone is controlling the weather still in order to cope.

  12. So Texas parents let their kids die of measles rather than vaccinate them…

    Then vote to do away with agencies like the National Weather Service and NOAA, addin FEMA..because letting kids drown seems like a good idea..

    Eyeroll..my well of empathy is getting drier and drier.

    May the children rest in peace, and may the adults who voted for this live perpetually in the hell they created for themselves.

  14. Ouch, agree but kind of harsh. Still agree though. Decisions have consequences. Your choice to agree with the racist, rapist, pedophile, liar brought those consequences in the most harsh way. You can’t go back and undo your vote, so lesson here is. Vote not with your hate for others!

I just find it bizarre that there’s all this outpouring of sympathy with a completely avoidable (and a result of poor judgment and policy), meanwhile, tearing families apart of US citizens (not that that should be the bar) and separating children from their parents, sending them to internment camps and prisons, is just being brushed over. (Yes, also poor judgment and policy, but this is with intent)

  18. their own state senator was on vacation in a foreign country on “America’s Holiday” and could’ve come back asap but chose not to. pretty much sums it up about how they feel about the ones who voted them into their jobs.

    But Mexico was on point even when they didn’t have to be.
