  10. It’s via BetterHelp. So in all likelihood you’ll be talking to someone with a certificate they got after 2 afternoons of training, and the app will sell your health data to the highest bidder in the process.

  12. Cool move by him. Everyone can benefit from therapy and especially those that degrade it and thinks it’s fake.

    Therapy saved my life. It helped me find and learn how to control my triggers. How to realize when I’m crawling inside and negative thoughts are taking over my thinking and my mood.
