New measles cases: Three infected people visit Masterton Pak’nSave, Carterton library

Three new measles cases linked to overseas travel have been detected, the people visiting a supermarket twice and a library over the school holidays during their infectious period.

Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora confirmed the three connected cases of measles were in the Wairarapa region.

The trio visited
two locations during their infectious period, which included Pak’n Save Masterton and the Carterton Library.

On Tuesday July 1, they were at Pak’nSave Masterton, 424 Queen St, Masterton between 8.30am to 11am.

On Thursday, July 3 they visited Pak’nSave Masterton between 8.30am to 11am.
