  1. The difference is Connery had already lived a life by this point. He had served in the Royal Navy, done a load of “normal” jobs, and played professional football. Brodie-Sangster was a privileged child actor.

  2. Doesn’t one of these people have a condition that makes them look a lot younger?

  3. Connery drank and smoked like fuck. Brodies never been out I’m the sun

  4. There are plenty of photos where Thomas Brodie Sangster looks older than that

  5. Im 33 and look as young as Brodie, was a binge drinker until 25 and have smoked since 15, friends call me Dorian

  6. Sir Sean Connery (a Scottish actor) and Thomas Brodie-Sangster (an English actor).

  7. Second guy has been airbrushed/edited.
Easy to find photos from the exact event, where he pretty much looks his age.

  8. Connery grew up in the era they ate cigarettes for breakfast.

  9. Men’s testosterone levels are plummeting thanks to our toxic environment and microplastics. Look it up, baby!!!!!

  10. Heavy drinking and smoking vs modern diet and skincare.

  11. To be fair to Shir Shawn, he had a tough milkround.

  12. Man looks older than other similar aged man. Hardly fucking blockbuster news is it?

  13. It’s all genetic. Nothing to do with Sean Connery working hard or anything like that, he comes from a line of men that looked like men and Thomas Brangster or whatever he came from a line of manlets.

  14. Sean looks loads older but I’d take that – I don’t want to look like a kid all my life, not even into my 30’s.

  15. Sean was Scottish, that’s the only explanation required.

  16. I have worked out why people of yesteryear look older than similar aged people today. Drum roll……

Hair cuts. They have haircuts that were fashionable at the time but we now associate with old people, and that makes them look old. Same with clothes, makeup, glasses, moustaches, etc. Old people are stuck in a fashion time-warp of their own era. we associate that “look” with oldness.

  17. It has occurred to me lately that the UK has no denonym. It’s either British or northern Irish

  18. That’s just the difference between a man and a twink.
