1. War is diplomacy by other means. This should have been obvious.

   I was in negotiations once and my mentor noted how important it was to me for the other side to be the first to make some offer. As far as I know Putin has never made a serious offer. Putin has no desire to negotiate. He needs to be brought to the negotiation table by facts on the ground and, more importantly, in his country.

   2¢, just my opinion.

2. There never was.

   Putin will never negotiate unless he gets 100% of what he wants.

   The West has been pussy-footing around since 2014

3. But no Taurus, it would be an escalation you see

4. Then provide them Taurus missles.
