|Książ Castle – a historic castle in the castle complex, located in the Wałbrzych District of Książ in the Wałbrzych Foothills, which is part of the Książ Landscape Park in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It is the third largest castle in Poland (after the castle in Malbork and the Wawel Royal Castle), covering about 42,840 m². It is located on the Piast Castles Trail. The facility has been managed since 1991 by Zamek Książ in Wałbrzych.  The building has over 400 rooms (together with utility buildings about 600), its area from the ground floor to the 4th floor is 10,062 m², while the 5 floors are 894 m². In total, it is about 11 thousand. m² (without including castle basements). Along with several buildings located at the castle itself, 16 822 m² of usable space belongs to the prince's administration.|
