Looks like men’s national costume from Valkeala: http://www.kansallispuvut.fi/puvut/valkeala_mp.htm According to the site both long pants and those knee pants you have are used.
Tavastia? http://www.kansallispuvut.fi/puvut/hame_mp.htm

Pretty sure that is the Valkeala men’s national costume, also known as the Kymenlaakso costume. (Source: I’m a costume designer from Kymenlaakso region) http://www.kansallispuvut.fi/puvut/valkeala_mp.htm

Looks great!
Very cool! Remember those are usually handmade and are very expensive due to the labour in making them.
I’m getting strong Red dead redemption 2 vibes from this!
You look like a hobbit while wearing it 😀
FYI, the national dress is equivalent to a white tie dress (frack) and can be used in occasions like the independence day reception at the presidential palace.
Show face 😛
