Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” just doomed the future of Maryland’s first offshore wind farm. It was supposed break ground next year.

1. Point of order — do offshore wind farms “break ground”? (I’ll set the “break wind” joke aside.) Or do they “break water?”

   Trump’s a renter. Three years from now all this gets reconsidered. Given the current path of the country’s infrastructure the next president may greenlight *anything* that puts juice on the grid.
