In general I don’t really understand why we’re rating delivery workers. They either deliver or they don’t, why would we give stars for that?
Just get rid of the star system. And if a delivery worker fails to do their job properly then complaints should be sufficient to deal with that. No pressure to take trash out or to be super fast or super friendly.
