1. How many Russian oligarchs have to be imprisoned or killed to come up with that kind of money?

   I wonder if those Russian oligarchs knew that Putin was just using them as a piggy bank, holding his reserves for a rainy day when they were getting rich off of his corrupt system.

   The funny thing is that the American oligarchs want to live under the same type of system and are desperately trying to destroy the democracy that right now protects them from an authoritarian taking their wealth.
