Most of these are based on foreign air transport hubs (*Leipzig, Germany being the primary base of operations*) out of reach of Russian cruise missiles and near their customers.
If one of these can land on an Ukrainian airport (*plane appears to be descending/ascending on a start/landing approach, possibly to Sikorski or Boryspil airports*), this means Ukrainian air defence is strong enough to deter any possible attacks from the Russian military.

The Ukrainian “[Antonov Airlines](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antonov_Airlines#Current_fleet)” that specializes in global air cargo deliveries operates 6-7 of these.

Are these operated by civilian or military pilots?
Why is this noteworthy? I have no clue 🙂
For those interested, this is the plane the An-225 Mriya was based on.
