1. That number seems way low given overall number of casualties and what we’ve seen from drones and what not. Russians seem to do a good job of killing themselves and leaving their wounded to die.

2. While I don’t want to celebrate the deaths of anyone, if you invade a sovereign nation, murder civilians, rape women and steal their children, … Well, death is a kind of justice that seems reasonable. It is almost poetic. Almost. The leadership, alas, is not being held accountable.

3. It does not matter to Russian society

4. Nazi Germany also lost most of its men in the last phase of WW2.

5. Statistics tells us that at least 30,000 defenders died for that.
   Which is a tragedy.

6. The number seems pretty high for only killed.

   Ukrainians anounce around a thousand casuality by day. So it would mean half is killing and only half are injuried soldiers?
