Cannot see anything from the video, but the Luxembourg-registered NATO E-3 (AWACs) planes are doing their annual take-off/landing from Findel to maintain their registration in Luxembourg.
Not sure which direction you are pointing but if you are pointing towards Bitburg then those are military jets landing in Spangdahlem.
Anyways ADSB exchange is way better than flightradar24 to track aircraft as it also includes military.
