I hope the instructor wasn’t too harsh on the Learner bus driver and they passed with only a couple minor faults.

  1. Decapitating a double decker bus that cleanly is an advanced manoeuvre, so they actually passed with flying colours

  2. ‘We’re hiring bus drivers now’ – perhaps not 😅

  3. It’s been very hot, I don’t see a problem with opening the sunroof a bit.

  4. I’ve seen a few learner driver buses out on the road in the past 2 weeks where they clearly weren’t ready.

Unless it was the same person?

  5. They usually get converted into open top tourist buses when that happens, some tour operator will be happy its happened.

  6. Paint it red + write ‘LONDON SIGHTSEEING’ on the side = profit

  7. My dopey ass was reading the title all wrong and spent a minute wondering “why is a Lemar driving a bus”.

  8. In all seriousness, that person would’ve 100% lost their job

  9. Maybe they were just adding some speed holes – they make the bus go faster

  10. That’s the open top tour bus learner bus. Can’t just learn in a regular double decker you know.

  11. Now to find all the trees with the lowest branches….

  12. It’s now driving around London as a sightseeing tourist bus.

  13. Everyone in London seemed to have their top off today, why should buses be any different?

  14. Shhhh… it’s shedding its carapace, ready to emerge as a beautiful new tour bus!

  15. Did the trainee say to the instructor afterwards ” how did I do? Don’t hit the roof ok. “

  16. It looks bad and that kinda thing normally happens when someone doesn’t pay attention to height signs on bridges, but that would be an issue the instructor telling the learner to go that route.

Not also I’ve seen similar in Dagenham, a bus on its normal route hit an overhanging tree and did similar damage, I think it was the same type, appears to be a bit of a design flaw
