Just thought I'd throw it in here about a new family-run festival I've started, 30 mins from Belfast. It's shaping up well this year, even if the festival business is a risky one as we're fully self funded. All kinds of alt music on display, from punk to soul to house. Nice relaxed vibes are guaranteed even if good weather isn't. Cheers all

  3. Any reggae? There’s at least two very decent soundsystems in Belfast, several in Dublin and plenty of musicians.

  7. My band just played Aurfest down in Dundalk and it’s encouraging to see more small, local focused festivals pop up. Sorta filling the gap, Sunflower and Glasgowbury have left.

  8. Good choice there OP, Negro Impacto is great band. I had the chance to watch them at the RTE Rising stage at Forbidden Fruit here in Dublin

  9. Man that line up is outrageous. Really impressive for a first time wee festival….if you have any cancellations or need another band for whatever reason, I’m based in Cavan.

  19. I’ve had my eye on this, it’s a really cracking line up. I work in production and dj so am festivalled out for the rest of the summer, but I’d be there otherwise. I was at Beyond The Pale with Cartin, he’s world class.
