Denmark ditched its Covid rules two months ago. Now it’s joined other EU nations in mulling new restrictions

  1. Spolier alert: pre-pandemic life is DED. This is as normal as it will ever be. Mandatory masks, distancing and health passes are here to stay. Say buh-bye to going to a restaurant without fearing of having erroneously left their masks and passports at home or without worrying that someone is too close to them. Same goes for all great events.

  2. > Now countries are increasingly turning their attention to booster shots in an effort to halt the virus’ spread over the winter months

Vaccinating people under 60 was a waste of time and money and i wonder how many of the 129 billion face masks used globally each month end up in the oceans

  3. It seems only the UK really understands this situation and has checked out of this insanity. Covid is never going away, just like Flu or cold will never go away either. Many European countries seem to be chasing their tails on restriction measures. Jab as many people as you can and move on. The UK is becoming the last bastion of common sense. At this rate, we may all have to move there

  4. It was a good run while it lasted. I’m glad they can see common sense and realize that even though it might not be welcomed, it’s a necessary decision to be made. If new restrictions can set the stage for people to freely go about their lives again in the near future, it would be far more worth it than a situation where it gets out of control and the government is too stubborn to see the reality.
