OK, so what exactly are your powers as per the DSA and the DMA then?
It lists the ECHR and the GDPR under the fundamental rights of the DMA.
The point is to prevent monopoly of certain corporations, as covered by Articles 101 and 102. Ok, monopolies are bad.
What I’m concerned about is not been able to find anything related to how exactly privacy protection will be implemented and what measures are taken to prove proper handling of personal information.
