I still have doubts if she is really peeing. She is wearing a bading suit and her hands are nowhere close to her lady parts. So isn’t her bading suite covering it and thus isn’t she peeing on it?
I’d rather see free public restrooms that are well-maintained. Horeca in touristy areas should not have their restrooms abused by people swarming in and out. Anytime the sun shines they’ll probably need to deep clean it twice a day.

Guess what kind of review you would leave behind on travel websites…
