That has no special meaning. Just the same as single lines with only some extra space in between. Can be done for different reasons. One reason might be one line changes soon to a solid line and they want keep the two lined pattern over the whole route, an other reason might be just some extra space between lanes for more security.
I have no idea about road rules in Bavaria, but it seems to me that it creates kind of a buffer zone where cars from neither side drive in except to overtake. So just regular traffic would be further apart maybe limiting accidents on a more danger prone stretch?
Its the bike lane inbetween 😉
Are you serious?
These are similar to solid lines (no overtaking on either side) except there can be Richtungswechselbetrieb.
That means there can be a tidal flow system on this street: The flow of the lanes can be changed. Each lane goes in a different direction, but signs at the start/end of this road can indicate, when both lanes will go to the same direction.
EKL 2 nach RAL 2012 (FGSV). Bisher nicht rechtssicher in der StVO, aber da ist man eventuell irgendwann mal dran 😜.

It means “care, soon this line will turn solid and you wont be allowed to pass other cars anymore”.
Both sides can overtake, often these lines change and one line is a continuous line so that only one side is allowed to overtake.
Every time you see one, you have to yell “equal sign”.
