This cat is out our backyard sans collar but looks like an indoor cat. We've our own inside so can't bring them in but if anyone in Dublin 8 recognises please let us know.

  1. That cat’s not lost. Look into it’s eyes. He knows exactly where he’s going.

  2. He’s very friendly, not afraid of people at all. Gave him a few rubs and bit of food.  

  6. Beautiful cat!!! Maybe contact the local vet and check if he/she is microchipped?

    I’d probably leave it a few days though. Cats can wander for a few days before going home. He/she doesn’t look stressed at all.

  7. Can you get it into a crate and bring it to the vet to see if it’s microchipped ?

    He’s out on the town looking for handouts.

    And the whole road probably feeds him.

  10. Looks like a Russian Blue – a very pricey cat to be out on the loose. If it is a pedigree it’s possibly microchipped – if you can bring it to a vet they should be able to scan it.

  11. One seriously handsome cat. Hope the owners are found.
