Some time ago I asked on Croatian subreddit if anyone remembers a TV series that I watched as a child, and thought it was hilarious. No one knew. I was pretty sure it was British, but someone uploaded an episode recorded off Croatian TV, and apparently it's Norwegian. Still I wasn't able to find the name of the series, because at the beginning there's only the name of the episode, not the name of the series. I also tried advanced search on IMDb, but wasn't able to find it. So I decided to ask some Norwegians. I believe it will be a piece of cake for you, since you can see the actual thing.

Thank you in advance.

  1. I don’t know what it’s called but it’s in Vigelandsparken in Oslo

  2. I’m 99% sure that’s Fritjof Fomlesen. Popular character in the mid 90s, enough to have a tv spot and an album released (you can find it on Spotify by searching the name). Played by the actor Lars Vik, the son of Norwegian writer Bjørg Vik.
