Hello all, I hope you are all doing well!
stayed at the Hilton Munich Airport a couple of weeks ago and at breakfast at their restaurant Mountain Hub, they had two honeys, one of which was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately they didn’t sell it, so couldn’t buy any. I have not been able to get that honey out of my mind though (it was REALLY good!) and I have been trying to find that honey or honey from the same region but have failed so far.
The jar said “blüten mit waldhonig” and I think it was packaged in Germany. It was not dark in color, and was not overly sweet in taste. I only have these two photos of the jar unfortunately.
Does anyone have any idea what kind of honey this is and/or what region it might be from? Any recommendations for sellers to buy from?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much in advance, and I apologize for the limited information.

I might be wrong but that looks like a jar of honey which the restaurant has slapped their label on
The lid says made by Die Nascherei Gmbh, Dorfstraße 1
