The dog’s name was Tschulo. Charlotte considered him a living reminder of her husband and recreated a pic of them taken on Felix’s 77th birthday six years after Felix’s passing 🥺 Charlotte and Felix are the parents of Grand Duke Jean and the grandparents of Grand Duke Henri. Henri’s son Félix is named after Prince Consort Felix. Born Prince Felix of Bourbon-Parma, the prince consort is the reason all his male-line descendants have the style of HRH via his title prince/princess of Bourbon-Parma. Prior to getting a male consort who was an HRH in his own right HRH was reserved for the monarch, the heir, and their spouses and all other Luxembourgish royals had the style of His/Her Grand Ducal Highness.
