Apartment Deposit – Precaution

Hi everyone,
I’m an Erasmus student from moving to Riga soon, and I’m about to send a rental deposit for an apartment arranged through a realtor named Artūr Slisans, who works with Universal Home (https://universalhome.lv/en/klientu-atsauksmes/). He seems legit and responsive, but I just want to double-check before I transfer anything.

Has anyone here used Artūrs or rented through UniversalHome.lv before? Were your experiences good? Any red flags or things I should be aware of?
