I was expecting them to speak German. With them speaking English, impossible to tell. Somewhere without a strong regional accent. Probably northern half of Germany, since his name is Björn.
Very hard to tell when they speak English. With Björn I‘m not even sure it‘s a German accent at all. Might be Swedish. Pascal for sure has a German accent and I would guess he‘s not from the east, but that‘s about it.
They are speaking in English during 17:16 – 17:48. Their English accents depend more on how, when and at what age they learned English than what region of Germany they are from.
If you have a video of them speaking German it would be much easier to identify what region of Germany they are from.
