The York sisters’ appearance was shown by Eugenie in an Instagram post on her official account on Tuesday.
Later that day, Eugenie attended a garden party at Buckingham Palace, after the Prince and Princess of Wales sent a special invitation to the younger generation of the Royal Family, according to Kensington Palace.
She was joined by the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and Zara Tindall.
But Beatrice did not attend the event as she headed to the US to attend a very special event.
On Tuesday, Beatrice was pictured at the 55th Matrix awards in New York City, a ceremony which this year aimed to celebrate the “Leading Luminaries” – seven “phenomenal” women who are “lighting the way”.
The awards are held by New York Women in Communications, a charity “connecting women leaders across the marketing and communications industry and empowering their success”.
According to People magazine, Beatrice presented honoree Spotify Chief Public Affairs Officer, Dustee Jenkins, with her award and voiced her pride in her friend’s accomplishments.
She said: “Her work touches millions through policy, through storytelling, and through a deep connection to responsibility.
“When speaking to a friend like Dustee, you are overcome with the joy and the energy that she brings, and I am so honored to be standing here amongst so many incredible women, and I’m so grateful that my wonderful friend is receiving this award because she really deserves it, because she really is the light.”
On the charity’s website, Beatrice is described as a “champion of women in leadership” who has worked and spoken at a range of events across the world.
Her roles as the founder of By-Eq Limited, Afiniti Technologies, Scale AI and Liontree Asset Management were also noted.
