Saw it already few times on “German” brands
That does look fake. I can’t find any food dehydrator by Bosch at all.
Have you tried to find the original product on Bosch website? Because I cannot find any Bosch dehydrator products anywhere else but in shady Webshops (AliExpress,…).
The image is of a “Bosch” BS-6605, which comes in a noticeably different packaging and needs 1550W.
So most likely yes.
Edit: Which does NOT necessarily mean that the BS-6605/6612 are genuine Bosch products.

Looks fake to me too.
