  1. Basically, rural hospitals are starting to close and republicans are starting to freak out because they figured that wouldn’t happen until after the midterms.

    So they are trying to install provisions to help bail out rural hospitals to save their seats.

    That’s what I got out of the article.

    Edit to fix various sentence structures.

  2. So basically Republicans do not understand how businesses run in addition to budgets.

    They basically thought hospitals run just on annual budgets. Instead of a combination of annual and multi year budgets.

    Dumbasses.
