After meeting with Zelenskyy, Keith Kellogg called for a Marshall Plan for Ukraine. He called for a truce and a thorough reconstruction effort to confront Russia’s “murder on an industrial scale” and decried its war.

2. Mr Kellogg is really trying, i think. I wonder if he is helping push trump toward Ukraines side. An article he wrote before Trump was elected was highly pro-Ukraine.
