What are these pillars (connected by stone slabs) in Gare close to the Wallis station? Could not find a sign explaining them

1. Alien monolith. Government denies knowledge.

2. Legend says, there used to come water out of them.
   There’s no explanation, it’s just decorative 😉

3. Decorative water “fountains”. Less than 20 years old IIRC. Nothing historic.
