Since it’s 4/20 I thought I’d ask, what’s the status of cannabis legalisation in Luxembourg?
Announcements about lowering possession fines and allowing up to 4 plants to be grown at home were made in October, but it’s unclear to me if that was voted into law or if the announcement was an intent to vote sometime in the future. Anyone know what’s going on? Can I start growing at home?

I’ll be moving from Canada next month (where recreational use is legal and we have dispensaries) – are there any neighbouring countries where it is legal with dispensaries? Or how do people purchase cannabis, online?
Ministry of Justice has to propose a law to be discussed and voted around those topics.

Clearly put on the backburner. I’ll be surprised if they make serious progress on thr topic this year (given current events)
