>Jeffrey Epstein faced both state and federal charges.
* **2008 State Court Plea:** Following a joint state and federal investigation, Epstein pleaded guilty in a Florida state court to two felony charges, including soliciting a minor. This was part of a non-prosecution agreement that allowed him to avoid facing potentially more severe federal charges, [according to The New York Times](https://www.nytimes.com/2025/07/15/us/politics/jeffrey-epstein-files-trump.html)and [UNC School of Government](https://www.sog.unc.edu/blogs/nc-criminal-law/understanding-epstein-case).
* **2019 Federal Charges:** Epstein was later arrested again in 2019 on federal charges of sex trafficking minors in both Florida and New York. He died by suicide in a jail cell while awaiting trial on these federal charges.
So one thing that’s interesting to me about this was the he had already made a deal which allowed him to avoid facing more severe federal charges. But then, in 2019, he got FEDERAL charges in FL and NY…both of them trump’s states where he resided and had property (and dealt with Russians in shady real estate sales).
And it was Trump who was president in 2019 when those federal charges were brought, then Epstein poofs out. 🧐🤔
Whatabout Matty G? He was initially picked
Could we fact check, please? Pam Bondi was not Attorney General of Florida in 2008. She was elected to that position in 2011. in 2008 she was assistant state attorney in Hillsborough County, FL which is where Tampa is located. In 2008 Jeffrey Epstein was given a super lenient pleat bargain by US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Alexander Acosta; That office does not include Hillsborough County, FL.
Where is the evidence that Pam Bondi let Jeffrey Epstein off the hook back in that time period?
I’m not disputing Pam Bondi’s lack of integrity or her current complicity covering up Donald Trump’s involvement in Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophilia.
> Ever wonder why Bondi was awarded the position of Attorney General?
I thought it was because Trump’s first choice, the drug abusing child molester, was forced to step down from consideration.
Alex Acosta was the prosecutor, he later became a cabinet member for Trump’s first term. Had to resign when news broke of his sweet deal to offered to a pedo
source?
Hey, so obviously Trump is heavily involved with Epstein, but why didn’t the Biden administration do anything with this between 2020 and 2024? Epstein died in 2019, and nothing was done with the case at all for an entire presidential term.
Ever wonder why Matt Gaetz was nominated for the position of Attorney General?
In March 2016, CREW discovered that the Trump Foundation had broken the law by giving an illegal $25,000 contribution to a political group supporting Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Charitable foundations like the Trump Foundation are not allowed to engage in politics. Even more problematic was the fact that the contribution was given as Bondi’s office was deciding whether to take legal action related to Trump University.
Guys, the truth is damning enough. Why are we making shit up like MAGA?
Blatant disinformation take it down
I thought it was because she stole an army vet’s dog after Katrina.
Trump told her to make it go away so she is. It’s funny all the uproar towards her like she’s unilaterally making this decision.

Alex Acosta, Trump 45’s Secretary of Labor, was the [actual US Attorney](https://abcnews.go.com/US/us-attorney-alex-acosta-showed-poor-judgment-giving/story?id=74178029) who agreed to the Epstein deal in Florida, despite sworn testimony that he had raped multiple teenage girls. Pam Bondi was the Florida Attorney General who shut down an investigation into Trump U after he gave her $25,000, and later worked as a [lobbyist for foreign countries and private prisons.](https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/dem/releases/pam-bondis-extensive-lobbying-for-wealthy-special-interests-and-foreign-government-poses-serious-conflict-of-interest)
