Note on the image in the article: big cooling towers, often seen on nuclear installations, emit large clouds of water vapour and are harmless. It’s the tall, thin towers, seen on refineries and fossil fuel plants, that are the polluters.
Not fair! They can’t just *steal* the plan from big tech and take credit!
