Major General Christian Freuding, head of the Bundeswehr's operational staff for 🇺🇦, visited Kyiv.
It was about strengthening air defense, investments 🇩🇪 in the Ukrainian defense industry and the first procurement contract in Ukraine.
"We will continue the struggle to a successful end," said Major General.

[This is the guy who is about to get 10’000 new tanks…](https://en.defence-ua.com/analysis/about_10000_tanks_apcs_ifvs_for_bundeswehr_militarization_in_german_style_continues-15148.html)

Boots getting on ground bit by bit. It’s long overdue but I’m hoping that one day we’ll finally have a world who’ll say ‘enough’ and be on the good side of history
Best soldier. We are proud of him.
Very glad Germany is committed for the duration. At least that is what I think he is saying.
Russia be shxtting bricks …
Good man, he also loosened up a bit, he’s even occasionally blinking now. (If you watched his first videos 3 years ago you know). But the German army (and NATO) needs more people like this guy.
Stop talking and prove to all of what you’re doing
Dude looked like it’s his 3rd winter of war too.. As I did my military service in the German Luftwaffe 2001 loosing weight was impossible…
General Freuding has been one of my favorite military experts in recent months. His assessments are usually factual, constructive and on point.
Der haifische der hat tranen,
Und ze laufen von gezicht,
But not from General Freuding,
Because he doesn’t need to blink.
I am not German and the audio quality is quite terrible, but here is my rough attempt at an English transcription:
In the past couple of days we have had good conversations here in Kyiv,

We have also of course discussed training and how we can further improve(???) the Ukrainian armed forces. For us as Germany it is clear that we will continue to stand by Ukraine and by the Ukrainian armed forces. And we want …(???)
