Prince Harry resigned as a senior working royal in 2020 and now there’s talk fo the Duke returning to the fold, but not as a senior member of the Royal Family, but in a lesser-tier role, which is not to say it’s going to happen, nor that he would want to do this, but it is possible.

In order for Harry to make his return, it would be at the discretion of the reigning monarch, King Charles, who also happens to be Harry’s father.

Just recently, there was a not-so-secret secret summit in the UK, between Harry’s reps and Charles’ rep, which reportedly was about finding some ground.

We reached out to Brittani Barger, co-founder of Royal News, to check in with her and see what her thoughts were on the prospect of Harry returning to the fold.

Barger said: “It’s hard to leave any job in the fashion the Sussexes did and then ask for your job back.”

It may not happen overnight, but if Harry were to return to the Royal Family, Barger has a suggestion on how to go about it and in a way that it isn’t a shock to the system.

“Allowing him to attend a handful of special events throughout each year, especially those associated with the military, might just be the way to gently allow him back in the fold.”

“The children are innocent in all of this, and they shouldn’t miss out on family because the adults aren’t able to get along.”
