What will happen then if there’s a shortage of apartments to rent because investors have been banned from doing their (abusive) thing? Lots of people don’t have the means to buy, they still have to rent.
Honest question really, I don’t know shit about the dynamics of housing and such.
Yeah i wouldnt bank on that happening in Luxembourg any time soon. Given that 75% of the electorate owns property i dont think the party that proposes anything along these lines would make themselves very popular come the next vote.
