That’s not up to us, they should tell that to employers.
1) prioritise building the infrastructure. Not all of us live in Paris or Berlin with excellent public transportation.
2) NOT POSSIBLE if you live in southern EU with temperatures around 35°C during summer.
3) Employers won’t listen to suggestions. We need legislation.
Maybe von der Leyen wants to tell Germans to fuck off from Russian gas….
Spend my entire adult life being asked to sacrifice, what’s one more decade.
Thanks again to those that spent the last twp decades sucking Russia’s cock, very sensible and pragmatic. Hope your retirement is going well.
Perhaps not relying on single supplier (dictatorship at that) for absolute bulk of your energy imports would have been a better plan, no? Maybe its simpler to ask common people, couple hundred million at that, to watch for their energy consumption.

WE CAN DO IT!
2 weeks in office and 2 for home for me. To be onest I really like it.
What’s next, suicide booths?
I work from home, use solar power, and use my car mostly to just get to the shooting range twice a month and do groceries once a week. Nothing changes for me, except for the prices, but I can raise my pay rate.
Back in 2008 when Russia attacked Georgia, plans should’ve been made. We should’ve seen it coming.
Ban Strassbourg Brussel trips first.
This ties in well with decarbonization IMO.
