31. Canadian here, is the UK very strict when it comes to speeding? I know there are many highways here where it is practically acceptable to do 120-125 km/hr in a 100 zone.

39. I was walking thru Manchester city centre and this absolute fuck witt in a black rangy comes flying about 40 right over a pelican crossing looking down at his phone the whole time. He nearly hits me, slams on the brakes and looks up from his phone and it was that fucking twunt mark wright.
