  1. After covid, this… let’s hope they can financially recover from this. But for now, let’s hope there are no victims.

  2. I suppose a member of the staff said goeiedag, bonjour.

  3. Well I guess I’m staying in Amsterdam a bit longer then? Fuck

  4. Luckily, they only need a laptop with a USB drive to replace the setup.

  5. That sucks. Hope all the technicians are safe. Thankfully didn’t happen on the event.

  6. Ouch and there were fireworks there as well according to the news, that probably didn’t help

  7. Holy fucking shit. Tomorrowland is cooked for this year.

  8. Some poor DJ plugged in his USB drive correct from the first time…

  9. I don’t know why, but this photo felt like a bad photoshop, had to check the news for confirmation it was not a shitpost…

  10. Naar het schijnt is er een pallet niet-herbruikbare bekers in brand geschoten

That person standing in front made me think of this

  12. Coole pyrotechnics. Vraag mij af hoe ze dat zo realistisch gekregen hebben

  13. The brandweer heeft al een boete van 8000 EUR aan hun broek, nadat ze met een drone over de mainstage vlogen om de bluswerken te coordineren.

  14. The cause is fireworks that exploded. Official message from government alert services.

  15. Holy fuck it seems nobody got hurt (thankfully they do have good evacuation plans)

Imagine the shit show if it had happened during the festival, it would’ve been the mother of all moshpits

  16. Guess it will be fyre festival instead of tomorrowland this year

  17. It’s a good thing it happened now and not during the festival, if it happened during the festival there would be panic and some people would generally be crushed to death by others.

  18. They made €25 million in profit last year — yes, profit — after covering all expenses, payouts, and bonuses. So money clearly isn’t an issue. I just hope they make the right decisions when it comes to looking after guests coming from abroad or those who can’t get home right away.
