  1. The median age of a homebuyer has increased a decent amount. It’s going to be hard for millennials and younger generations to do buy a home. It’s going to be interesting to see how the market reacts.

    Honestly I think communal living may become more prevalent. I personally think that could be interesting since some of the best times of my life were communal living in the dorms in college.

    I think it’d be cool to eat breakfast and hangout with others, although I’d definitely want a decent degree of privacy haha

  2. anecdotal perspective here but the math isnt mathing for me to buy a home. wife and i are in our mid 30s and together make enough to buy an “ok” home where we live then sink in more money on fixes. rent hasnt increased in 3 years. not to say that we dont want a house, we do. but financially its making 0 sense for us.
