  1. Classic “don’t watch the mouth, watch the hands” scenario

  2. Cuz they know the cult watches Fox and will see this but don’t pay attention to house votes

  3. Mike Johnson (probably): I prayed to God, and He told me to say we should release the files. And I prayed again, and He told me to block the files from being released. Praise be to God.

  4. Republicans really are just the most vile pieces of shit.

  5. This is done because Fox will play the video and not report on the vote.

  6. They talk big but when it comes to actually doing something, they back out.

  7. Johnson has swiftly become perhaps my least favorite side character in this fucking bullshit.

  8. The largest child trafficking and child rape syndicate in history isn’t something the government should be holding cards on. There are many sources for this info. Clean the House.

  9. In other words… “we need more time to doctor evidence that benefits our argument”

  10. Huh this is political theater at its finest.

Why are folks always falling for this? Johnson wants to show the base, he is fighting for the “truth” while he really does not since he owes his political survival to Trump. This is just a show

  11. It’s not what you say between the votes, it’s how you vote. That’s your record.

  12. Schrödinger’s politics. Republicans are well immersed in a bottomless well of hypocrisy.

  13. He then turned back to his phone where he non-sexually and in a very heterosexual, Christ-driven way, fired up the app where he watches his son masturbate like a sentinel of righteousness.

  14. This is the strategy they’re pivoting towards. Coming out against something publicly, but still voting for it.

  15. Idk how many times people need to learn this lesson but what politicians say doesn’t matter, how they vote is what matters. Unfortunately the average voter doesn’t look at or have a sense of actual legislative records

  16. Excellent shining example of GOP hypocrisy.

    Perfect example.

  17. Talk a big game publicly and then fall in line. It’s all lip service to act like he’s doing the right thing. Kinda like him claiming to be a Christian.

  18. Performance. They’ll keep saying they want to release it, but will find fault with every attempt to do so.

  19. Johnson is probably the best lapdog the GOP has ever had. Absolutely no bite with him.

  20. I learned this from a bad relationship. Don’t trust what they say, trust what they do.

  21. They do this because they’re lying to their constituents.

  22. Yo MAGA…I just want to start letting you guys know that this isn’t the only thing Trump and all his republicans has lied to you dumbasses about.

  23. Cynical cynical cynical. Voters get lip service and the tyrant in the white house gets his way. Johnson took an oath to do the business of the people, yet with every action he’s broken it in service to Tumpp without fail.

  24. I think we all saw this coming. The pedo protecting GOP said the same thing about the big beautiful bill. GOP said either: “didn’t know what was in it” or “the shouldn’t vote for it”. Then go and the exact opposite of what they said.
