  1. Seen it. Beyond nonsense. One group is going to detonate a nuclear weapon in Belfast to get the other group, but captain planet advises them that they’ll also kill themselves😂😂😂

  2. Shows a better understanding of the troubles than The Cranberries

  3. The first steps in the peace process, documented. Great to see

  4. I can’t believe the prods burnt down the bakery. I wasn’t for the troubles before but they’ve crossed the line by taking our sodas.

  5. Captain Planet effigy on a bonfire next July so🤣🤣

  6. The original Captain Planet didn’t air on Cartoon Network; I believe it was produced by DIC and screened on a basic cable channel – as part of some sort of early morning or afternoon weekend cartoon block.

In its early years – Cartoon Network didn’t produce many of its own shows. Instead, it mostly aired classic animation drawn from the Hanna-Barbera library, which Turner Broadcasting System had acquired in 1991. (Cartoon Network was originally conceived as a vehicle expressly for the acquired Hanna-Barbera animation library).

(I could be wrong) Cartoon Network’s first proper foray into producing its own in-house content wasn’t until late 1993, via either “Two Stupid Dogs” or “The Moxy Show…”..

The above wasn’t really produced for an international audience though The dodgy accents and mild farce would’ve (most definitely) gone over the intended audience’s heads…

  7. Feck me, yer man has my surname loool class, gona send this to my Da!
