It’s actually not worth discussing. Nothing will happen as the Berlin state constitution doesn’t allow it nor can the Berlin state afford it.
Let alone the fact that does it make any sense to expropriate big corporations that take average rents while completely ignore those companies alone that buy up property and drive up the rents/get rid of current renters.
I wish them success and hope the corporate landlords who loose won’t try to move to Warsaw. Flats here are already expensive compared to our salaries.
