    I don’t think Dave understands how percentages work.

  2. Naas was the hardest test for a long time, the failure rate was in the 40% for a long time. There was a reverse around the corner on a hill that they made you do, and the hill was quite steep. The residents complained about all the testing in the estate and they had to change the route.

    I never fancied doing my test in Portlaoise with all the mini-roundabouts and they way people use them, but the pass rate always seems to be decent enough.

  3. Surely the quality of the instruction is a factor in the pass rate too? I never hear that mentioned. It’s always put down to secret agreements or spiteful examiners.
