About 15 years ago Taseer dated Lady Gabriella Windsor. In 2018 he wrote an article for Vanity Fair making specific racist allegations about Princess Michael. He said that she had two black sheep called Venus and Serena.

He recently repeated the claim that the late polo pal of King Charles, Kuldip Singh Dhillon was referred to as ‘Sooty’. Mr Singh, who died in 2023, previously insisted he ‘enjoyed’ the nickname.

He does say that he thinks the Royals are not aware of how offensive this is.

This is reported In Daily Mail.

  1. Wait, this is the ex of the woman whose husband just committed suicide?

  2. Princess Michael (aka Princess Pushy) has had a seriously low reputation for years now, she’s rarely seen (other than at the large family occasions) and I hope it will be even fewer occasions now

I didn’t think her reputation could sink further than after her appalling jewellery choice – but this shows that she really is not aware of how offensive she is

  3. It’s impossible to claim with a straight face that Princess Michael is not racist. The blackamoor brooch incident is as clear cut as it gets, and I’d imagine she’s far worse in private.

I understand his perspective that otherwise, the family may be ignorant rather than intentionally offensive, but it’s always seemed to me that having the public role they do for the nation demands effort enough to overcome ignorance, and certainly they have access to the best educations and assistance possible to do so. I’m hopeful that future generations are at least more respectful and curious about the lives of others. The country itself seems to be changing in that way, although the rise of the Reform party is troubling.

  4. It’s been known about Princess Michael. She is the one that wore that blackamoor brooch to a lunch with Meghan.

    She seems dreadful.

  5. I mean… Princess Michael is not exactly subtle about it.

  6. Princess Michael, who was raised by an actual Nazi soldier in colonizer-occupied Mozambique and infamously wore the racist blackamoor broach to meet Meghan Markle, a mixed race woman, is racist? Color me shocked. /s.

  7. Everyone knows Princess Michael is racist. This is not new news

  8. I feel like everybody knows this, it’s like Harry using the Paki slur in the military, their environment is clearly one where such things are normal but nobody raises an issue with it even when it’s publicly known. I for one would love to see Princess Michael be questioned more on her racist brooch but I guess that’s not getting clicks 🤨

Eta: he wrote a whole book inspired on his relationship with Gabriella? That’s so camp, and he’s married to a man now lol he seems so interesting I’d read a book on all his interactions with the royals

  9. Everyone is talking about Princess Michael of Kent, but ignoring King Charles.

  10. This is not a secret

Im pretty sure Princess Michael knows what she said.

  11. I don’t want to downplay accusations of racism… but I find this incredibly tacky to be selling a book via your royal past connections to Lady Gabriella so soon after the suicide of her late husband. Princess Michael might deserve this, but don’t drag Gabriella into the Press gutter again at a time like this.

  12. I mean it’s the british royal family. Princess michel of kent, prince Philip were famous for it. And who can forget Prince Harry’s racism even caught on camera. The older generation doesn’t get a pass but then they are boomers and its expected from them.. but a millennial like Harry being racist??

  13. Remember Lady Susan Husseys racism as well. A friend to Queen Elizabeth.

  14. This is the same woman that wore the moor broach when the family met Meghan for the first time.

  15. One member of the family dressed as a Nazi and used “Paki” as a nickname.
