Just got an automated sms from Luminus basically saying I should higher my monthly costs cause energy prices high bla bla.
Got scared with all the stories I read on here so I checked the website and I see this https://ibb.co/fQWNtFt
Is it bugged or am I chillin’?

Only two possibillities here.
It could be phishers trying to get your money or even worse it could be luminus trying to do the same.
If i had to choose i would give my money to the phishers because they are more ethical and friendly.
Contact Luminus directly and submit your meter readings to see what the situation is.
A lot of people are getting very high bills because of the huge increase in energy costs so it is possible that you may have to increase your monthly advance payments.
As a general rule, don’t click on unexpected sms messages, contact the company/ bank directly and conduct all your dealings via their official customer service number/ website.
